  Parked vehicles did not cause your collision. If they obstructed your vision then you needed to slow down and proceed more cautiously. Slow to a crawl if need be.

  What does that mean? Was it a lapse or a "no insurance in effect" suspension? How do you know your NYS driving privilege is not suspended? It may very well be.
