     If child porn is found by computer repair shop, what should they do?

     What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL If a computer repair shop finds child pornography on a customer's PC are they legally obligated to report it? If so, who should they call? Could anyone from the shop end up getting called to court, if things go that far, for some reason...

     12yr old girl and 17yr old boy

     What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL She will turn 13 in May and he will be 18 in June. They are dating, but as of right now are not allowed alone together. That is bound to change. I am sure that sex between them is illegal. But what about other stuff? Where is the line...
