     Can I Sue

     I Reside In Florida I purchased a used vehicle that broke down on me not even 24 hours of the purchase. I had it towed back to the dealer that I purchased it from. They said they'd repair it but haven't. Then they said they'd refund my deposit but haven't. Can I Sue for my money back?

     I live in Florida. I purchased a used vehicle on 11/29/06 and on 11/30/06 I had to have it towed back to the seller because the drive shaft dropped out on me.
