      Accused of Bait and Switch

      What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA I recently sold a book online. Basically the book was an international edition, and I noted this in the book description. The buyer has accused me of bait and switch as it is not the same ISBN as the US edition. Am I at fault here?
