Minnesota Is disclosure only for information from the prosecutor to the defense or does it also cover defense information to the prosecutor? For example, a witness has given a written statement. County Assessor wants information I don't have concerning a foreign spouse. Threatening with only a partial homestead.

Update. The neighbor has reduced his estimate to $75 per chicken and $325 per pair of ducks (the ducks were news to me). However, he's now saying there were six chickens and four ducks. That's a total of $1,100. I have filed a claim with my insurance company.- Hunterman

The wording on that statute has me confused. Is that the amount they can collect from a fund each county has or is it a limitation on what they can collect from other citizens? I also read that people only have ten days from the incident to report it so that they could collect.- Hunterman

Great question. The divorce was final in September, 2019 and she got married two weeks later to a man 27 years older than her. He was 81 when they got married.
