I have a follow-up question: If evidence is given to the prosecutor is the prosecutor allowed to share it with the witness who appears to be lying by omission?
Minnesota
Is disclosure only for information from the prosecutor to the defense or does it also cover defense information to the prosecutor?
For example, a witness has given a written statement. The defense obtains evidence that the witness has left out significant details of what happened. It...

I think this is fairly self-explanatory. Any advice and help would be appreciated. I have owned the property since 2007. Only my name is on the title and mortgage.
From the county:

Dear Property Owner,
County Records indicate your marital status changed since...
I want to give an update on the situation. The insurance company investigated the situation and paid the neighbor $175. The insurance company called to tell me that the neighbor had called them very upset and they were letting me know that he told them that he was going to sue me.
However...
He's already replaced the birds with hatchlings that did not cost him anything. Someone he knew felt bad about what had happened and gave him replacements for free.
Update. The neighbor has reduced his estimate to $75 per chicken and $325 per pair of ducks (the ducks were news to me). However, he's now saying there were six chickens and four ducks. That's a total of $1,100. I have filed a claim with my insurance company.
The wording on that statute has me confused. Is that the amount they can collect from a fund each county has or is it a limitation on what they can collect from other citizens?
I also read that people only have ten days from the incident to report it so that they could collect.

My dog got loose, made it to the neighbor's property, got into a chicken coop that had been left open and killed 5 chickens. These chickens were about a year old and the family considered them to be pets. The neighbors immediately took to social media showing a video of their little...
Follow up: In July, 2020 the county agreed to proceed with a child support hearing. My ex married an older man who is set for life and therefore she no longer works because she doesn't have to. It was determined that she would be responsible for $50 per month total for the two kids that are...
Great question. The divorce was final in September, 2019 and she got married two weeks later to a man 27 years older than her. He was 81 when they got married. He is set for life so she doesn't have to work and from what I have heard she pretty much drinks non-stop all day every day. If...

I bought a used 2007 Hyundai Tucson yesterday for $3,000. I put full-coverage on the car yesterday afternoon. There is a $500 deductible. Last night my 18 year-old daughter, who has only had her license for one week, hit a cement pole in a parking lot. She was alone and not injured...
No, that hearing is what I was going through Social Services to arrange, which is what my lawyer told me needed to be done. I am beginning to wonder if what my attorney told me in August was speculation on his part instead of something that had been discussed and agreed upon between him and the...

On August 16 my ex and I agreed on a divorce settlement. The judge approved and signed off on the settlement on September 6. Child support is in the decree with this wording, "Petitioner has supported the children financially over the past year and is not seeking child support from the...
This will probably be my final update on the cases. The soon-to-be ex's contempt of court hearing was scheduled for Friday the 16th. I had my lawyer contact her lawyer to see if we could meet ahead of time to come to some sort of a settlement, so we met an hour before the contempt of court...
Another update. I requested and received an extension of the Order for Protection. The judge extended, without a hearing, the OFP for two years. The soon-to-be ex then requested a hearing, which was scheduled last week. She then did not show up for the hearing so the judge ruled that the OFP is...
Quick questions. I just saw online that the woman I am divorcing had a warrant issued for her arrest yesterday. All it says is that she "Violated the conditions of release" and "Failure to appear". Since there were not any hearings scheduled, could this warrant be for not showing up for a court...
