     Deed to sister was signed before Quit Claim

     What is the name of your state? WA Does it make a difference if the new deed of trust from my mother's estate was dated before the quit claim to my sister? The deed of trust was dated nov 18, 2002, and the quit claim was dated nov 21, 2002. :confused:
