Has it been suspended for a year since your conviction yet? The CDL has different suspension rules than the base license.
You locked the thread, but the quick answer is there is no expungment in Maryland for felonies you were found guilty of. Your right to vote however is restored as soon as you finish your imprisonment and/or parole. All you have to do is register at that point.
