is there a time frame the wage garnishment, etc have to be filed by? I'm wroking through the process of wage garnishment, collection from bank / investments and lien on house, some of which requires notary and employment information, etc
no doubt. i enjoy holding people accountable. i may never see $1 but to know what theyve had to go through to this point to fight this has been satisfying.
bad people have to be held accountable.
additionally i understand i can file a "garnishment other than wages at a bank, credit union, or other financial institution".

Defendants were served last week. Had to hire a Process Server. Bailiff server tried 5 times and failed all 5 times.
Process Server knocked on door once and served them.
regarding the docket sayign the "plaintiff requested continuance in march" that was requested by the DEFENDANT, i've asked multiple times for that to be updated but the court refusres to update it.

no doubt. there are thieves in this world. and often it's the people you least expect. This guy and his wife have taken thousands of $ away from the church i support because i thought i could help him for a short period of time. That's on their soul.

so at this point we've had these severcie attempts since February across 2 separate court dates:
- Certificed mail sent by the court
- USPS mail sent by the court
- 5 attemps by the bailiff knocking on their door and leaving paperwork
- 2 attemps by the Process Server knocking on door and...

oddly enough ive placed calls to multiple attorneys but havent been able to get any return calls. doesnt seem theres much attorney interest in helping with small claims filings
