     Unfortunately I paid cash to save on their credit card fee .. probably another trick to get me to pay cash..      I try not to go scorched earth because it really stresses me out, but it seems I have no choice here.      Hm, that sucks. But honestly I would rather let the lawyer have that money, instead of them if it comes to it. Shame that scum like this exists, and takes advantage of nice people.

     10k plus about 1500 in parts I brought to them, which I don't think I'll be able to prove, but the 10k I have proof of.

      Mortgage paid off a long time ago. How does one even prove something like there was negligence on neighbors part? And I'm just curious what kind of lawyers deal with stuff like this? Would this be a small claims case?
