     Being Sued - Summary Judgement Denied - Need Advice

     I live in Ohio currently, however the case is in Indiana. To make a long story short Unifund/National Check Bureau bought some debt that apparently has my name on it. They decided to sue me over it, I responded to them requesting they provide the account history, contract, etc. A year went by...
