     Can they refuse me for applying again

     Well it's stupid their policy is to bad a person from applying again if they tried to move. I think the manager fibbed a little because I was only offered a place twice and had asked to be removed once. Then they added back on with no problem. This new manager seems like a slum lord anyway

     Can they refuse me for applying again

     What is the name of your state? I want to apply for a out of state apartment. Last time the manager said I couldn't. Since I turned them down three times. I told them it was due to the winter weather approaching. It was in a bad location. No stores, nothing nearby.

     What is the name of your state? IL I returned my phone by USPS unopened and put RTS on the package like the Texas company told me to do. I didn't see the refund post to my account. But they are charging me a service fee of $1.34. I cancelled the service before returning the phone too. They...
