     At what point are you fired?

     I called the department head. It's the managers managers manger. I only have a few phone numbers on my personal cell phone. I care about the 487 hours of PTO = $17,324 before taxes. I also care about my pension of $635 a month for life, but will not start for 23 years.

     So my firing was receded. How do I handle going into work in the morning after getting death threats form my manager? I'm not sure if law enforcement has served her the No-contact order?

     At what point are you fired?

     To get my PTO (paid time off) paid out I have to be fired or work out a 90 day notice. I have worked for the company for 18+ years. I dropped back to three 10 hour days and 3 days of call a week to start a small business that's doing great.
