     Missouri. I live in the only city in the county that has had building codes and required a building permit. Any suggestions for proving this to be proprietary function? Are cities immune from damages for negliegence in Missiouri?

     Procedure to withdraw exhibits post trial

     Missouri. Does anyone know the procedure to withdraw trial exhibits and evidence. The judge ordered the trial exhibits withdrawn by each party and held unitl appeal time is lapsed.

     Disclosure to renters?

     Missouri. The property floods, the house has flooded once and there is quite possibly a sinkhole under the attached garage. If I cannot sell what am I required to disclose to renters?
