     Manufactured home title was never transferred. What do I do now?

     Purchased a manufactured home on land in Georgia with a 15 yr mortgage back in '04. Just finished paying off loan. Got cancellation of security deed papers from mortgagor. Went to get original title at DMV but found out title is still in old owners name and they said they can't release it...
