     Streaming --- censorship?

     Washington I'm wondering if TV censorship laws apply to streaming video on the internet? If I'm streaming a video, do I have to bleep out swear words? Or as an extreme example, say I'm streaming someone skydiving and they die a gory death, can I be held responsible for that?

     Capital gains made from another country?

     I'm thinking of moving to Panama or the Carribean. I'm wondering if any money I make trading stocks on the US exchanges would be taxed by the US if the orders came from Panama?
