     What are the basics required for full disclosure in prenup

     Prenups require full and fair financial disclosure. Ive seen a lot of posts on this and it seems to always be in question even for those prenups deemed ironclad. What is required to fulfill this to avoid being challenge? What does a judge want to see to uphold the prenup?
