     being fired?

     What is the name of your state? Georgia I had a friend tell me yesterday that if an employer wants to fire someone, they don't need a valid excuse. He said that the employer could do it just because they want too. Is this true?

     Chapter 11

     What is the name of your state? Georgia I was hired in Sept as an independant contractor doing sales audit for a big company. It was for 4 hours/day, 5 days a week. Appox 4 weeks ago, the company filed Chapter 11. At pre-filing they owed me one weeks pay. Post filing they owe me 3 weeks pay and...
