     consequences of buying house for self prior to divorce....

     What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana What are the consequences of buying a residence for myself to live in prior to the divorce??? The housing market is terrible... and I've just found a house that I really love and want to buy.... but I need to know what the consequences...
