     Very bad old choices

     Happend in Michigan In 1980 I made some very bad choices and ended up with a felony conviction for Uttering and Publishing (credit card fraud) I learned my lesson and have gone on to be a good citizen. My question is " Does anyone know how I can exponge that 25 year old record? Thanks Tina

     Bench Warrant

     What is the name of your state? Indiana Can a judge issue a bench warrant for not appearing in a civil matter. My old landlord is sueing me for supposed damages and I did not show up at the court date because I am unemployed and have no real assets or money to pay them.
