     Liability Between Closing and Possession

     What is the name of your state? OH Who is responsible for system repairs (air conditioner) between closing and buyer possession? There is no home warranty, and a home inspection was completed, with all systems passing. Thanks in advance for your input.

     What happens to a building permit when a house is sold?

     What is the name of your state? Ohio We had a permit to finish the basement in our previous home, but we never got to the point of having any inspections. We subsequently sold our home, and I'm wondering what happens to the permit we pulled. Can someone please help? Thanks
