     How can I do grievances myself?

     What is the name of your state? FL I have already filed NLRB charges against the Union for falsely mispresentating me. Can I initiate grievances and deal with them myself? I am no longer a union member and may be suing the union. And, I don't trust them to look out for my best interests, period.
