     Does one's crimminal record dissapear when that person dies?

     What is the name of your state?NJ I was doing research on a family member who had a very long crimminal record some 15 years worth, but can't seem to find anything. I was wondering does this person's record disapears when he died? Jen

     What's in a DOC number?

     What is the name of your state? NJ Does the numbers of inmates have a meaning? Or is it just random numbers? And what's with the letter A,B and C at the end of their doc#? Do the letters have a meaning too? Thanks Jen
