     Wage garnish when owing IRS?

     Hello from California... I just did my taxes. I not only cannot pay the credit cards but I am going to have to schedule payments with the IRS. I am wondering if the fact that I am making payments to the IRS would interfere with a creditors ability to get a wage garnishment against me? Max

     I am in California and currently I am unable to make any credit card payments. I can pay off the whole thing in a lump sum later this year but currently I can do nothing. I am wondering how long after I make the last payment will the collections people get a judgement against me to attach...

     I am working in California. At this point I am unable to keep up with all the expenses and pay the credit cards.
