     What is the name of your state? California My grandmother is trying to gift transfer a house to me. What steps are needed to be done so that none of us get taxed on it.      Deed Transfer

     California My grnadmother is trying to tranfer her half ownership of a property. What do I need to do in order to transfer it over? And how do I go about doing it so it does not get taxed? Also there is a loan that was taken out a few years ago, what do I do with that? Thank You Shawn
