     Time limit for settling a trust

     What is the name of your state? Illinois Is there a deadline for co-trustees of an estate to settle it. What if the trustees do not get along and cannot agree on anything. Can one person should decide to just say they need time, is there a legal time limit to settle a trust???

     What is the name of your state? Illinois One more question. My step-grandpa died and in his will he stated everything, including items he brought into the marriage are my Grandma's until she passes. In my Grandma's will it states what was her husbands, so I guess that would go to his daughter...
