     Prescriptive easement w/ existing easement???

     Georgia Can someone who has been using my personal driveway instead of their easement for 10 years, claim they have a prescriptive easement? In other words, can someone who already has an easment sue me for a prescriptive easement? Prescriptive easement in GA for improved land is 7yrs Thanks TB
