     Can a cop just park on private property in a bar parking lot without owners consent?

     What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ga We've expressly stated we don't want them just camping out in the parking lot but they said they have the right to inspection bc we serve alcohol. I believe that but I don't believe the right to inspection gives them the right to park all night...

     Hit from rear/side while turning by a driver trying to pass.

     What is the name of your state? GA My GF was hit from side/rear while she was turning left. The other driver's insurance company has offered to pay for her car repair etc. She has had neck pain etc recently since the accident. I know she needs to be seen by a doctor ASAP to diagnose her...
