     Defective Fedex Van

     In Pa there is no lemon law for commercial vehicles as we understand. 9 months ago bought the van and it has been in the shop 7 times for weeks at a time. Van was manufactured at 3 different places therefore if we would sue how would we go about it. Frustrating.

     Would I Have a Case?

     Neurosurgeon never returned calls with MRI results despite numerous requests. According to doctor who sent my son for the MRI on his brain, something didn't look right. This is horrible to ask but if something happens to my son would he have a case. Neurosurgeon has done 2 surgeries on him since...
