     falling object from truck hit my car on highway..what to do?

     So when I came to work this morning, some hard object fell off a UHaul rental truck in front of me and hit my bumper and made a visible dent/sctrach. I took a picture of the truck with the license plate and went to work.. is there any kind of action I can take?
