     Nightmarish Tenant wants to lie about an illegal basement

     What is the name of your state? NY I have been trying to evict my deadbeat nightmarish tenant for non-payment. We are at the final eviction stages now (i guess), anytime the marshalls give her a notice to leave, she does an order to show cause for some reason or another for the 3rd time now...
