     when you goto a jury trial

     :eek::confused: I f you get a dwi this is your third offense i am takeing it to a jury trial to fight it if the jury finds me guilty can i appeal it or get a differant jury or is that final:eek:

     oregon:confused: ok we went to court the judge took thirty days to come to her decision she wanted to check the statue of limitations and all ,, she notified us in writeing of her decision ,,I won !!!
