     Excessive force

     My step son lives in Pa.He was recently assaulted at wal-mart by security guards,the security gaurds failed to identify themselves as they aproached him from behind,when they grabbed him he reacted out of fear and was arrested.Was it legal to detain him outside the store?

     Ineffectiveness of Council

     What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania My question is:Is it legal for the judge to appoint a public defender in place of clients attorney if clients attorney is not present? Should the hearing have been postponed?
