     How to claim guardianship in Florida ?

     I hope I am in the right forum for this question. My friend is seriously considering claiming guardianship of her 20 yrs old autistic son. Are there any resources to accomplish this goal without a lawyer, or the hiring of a lawyer is essential? We live in Florida. Thanks, Larr.
