     improper mattress disposal ticket

     Hey guys. Don't really know where to put this but I wasn't aware that NYC passed a law that requires mattress disposal to be in a bag (to prevent spread of bed bugs). So I got not one but two consecutive tickets of $100 each. One at 8:30am and the other one at noon the next day.. can I fight this?
