     Water meter

     What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY. I live in a town that doesn't have water meters on the homes and they charge a fixed fee for water. The town now wants to put water meters on all the homes. Do I have to let them do that or do I have the right to refuse to let them install it...

     I am in NY state and my husband passed away and he has two bank loans with me as the co-signer. Am I now responsible to pay those loans?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
