     What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NV Is it a set amount when you recieve a certain amount of money from a trust that you must claim it on your taxes? Is it over $10,000? that you have to claim it? I've heard alot of different answers.

     Trust person trust is for has passed

     I live in Las Vegas, and am one of the benefiaries of the trust. They passed away just over 2 months ago we all have recieved a portion, however not all of us would like to see the books meaning all the funds we are intitled to and what all the bills and payoffs are.
