     walmart credit card

     What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas I ust recently got a paper taped on my door saying that i need to appear in court for my debt. Anything i need to do to avoid the court but i can't pay everything now. Maybe a payment plan? Will i go to jail for this?
