     Summons question

     Been trying to get some info on the summons and complaint i recieved and came across this "If, however, the document has a disclaimer saying it is an effort to collect a debt, then it is not a summons." My summons contains just that in large bold letters under the header, can anyone confirm...

     Recieved a summons not sure if its legit. Machol & johannes llc.

     A man came to my house and gave me a summons , he asked my name gave me the papers and said "i dont know what the heck this is." The summons is lvnv funding llc vs me , there is no number no stamp not signed by county clerk , letter states summons (20 days) starts out by saying in bold letters...
