  Statue 18 U.S.C. 1470 makes it sound okay to sext minors 16 or older?
  
  To clarify, I myself am a minor and i have no intentions of sending or recieving this kind of material from anyone. Just found this and I am really confused. Thanks to anyone who is able to help clear things up!

  I found 18 U.S.C. 1470 and am really confused. It says it is illegal to send obscene material to minors who are under the age of 16.
