It can happens. Anyone may have a lifetime situation with a car left on the street during a big week-end or short vacation. Ok. Despite that, the removal order date is 5 days after the notice date. Like they wanted to respect the Florida statutes that I noticed them during my request. I should have taken pictures of the car every 2 days to make sure the notice wasn't there. And even that may be irrelevant for the court.- grego.gs

Where did you see any local ordinances saying that cars can be towed right away or at the discretion of the police when abandoned vehicles?
