     Please Help!! Fired Roofer - Now Charged with Restocking Fees - (No Contract)

     I don't know if he is unlicensed or uninsured. He would not produce proof of either. The insurance company is the largest in the US. I do plan to contact corporate regarding the issue and file a complaint with the state Department of Insurance Division.
