Ok I agree with that I think I will make sure it is a notarized copy. 1 last question do you now if the hospital requires the original or will a copy suffice?
Does a Medical POA in Florida need to be notarized. I always thought that it had to be but then I found this from a local hospital stating that it doesnt need to be notarized.
