Hello, I am a college student who has F1 staus, a passport, and I-20 which are all valid. However my visa is expired. I am allowed to stay in the U.S. but technically cannot leave. Since Puerto Rico is U. S. territory can I visit there? And if so, what paperwork should I carry on me?
