     The new owner has it as 60 day notice. My lease from old owner is 30 day notice. And they didn't tell me of price increase till I had 57 days left on my lease

     That I must give 60 days but they didn't notify me of anything till after the 60 days. Bit that's the new owners rule. My lease states 30 days

     What is the name of your state? Wisconsin So my lease runs out on July 1st. We got new owners less than a year ago. On may 4th the landlord told us our rent would go up 125$ which is there option, that's not my problem. My problem is this, they say I have to give a 60 day notice of leaving. So...
