What is the name of your state? For those interested in the Romanian Law resources, especially divorce, we created a site with free legal articles:
Romanian Law Online
We hope this brings a little help for that one who needs answers about divorcing a Romanian.

My response:

Actually, I was hoping you'd create a site for those interested in legal articles concerning divorcing someone from Vatican City, Italy. Italian divorce questions seem to appear more often on this site than Romanian divorces.

Damn, so close, yet so far!

My wife

My wife seems to qualify as a vampire. Is this enough proof that she is Romanian?

Romania Law Online - Site Updated

We updated the Romanian Law Online website. A better server and domain is used now:

http://www.dreptonline.ro

And to answer to the previous questions:
- no, a Romanian judge didn't want to pronounce the marriage between Count Dracula and his love
- for better understanding, ask the professionals: Bram Stoker & Sons
