What is the name of your state? AR
Baby born to two unwed juveniles. No father listed on birth certificate. No court orders currently. Father has past supervised probation for drugs (MT) and current supervised probation for assault and battery (AR). Father lives with mother/stepdad. Stepdad has long arrest record locally, including drug-related. Father turns 18 in a few months.
Can juvenile records be subpoenaed for court when determining visitation?
Would they be considered a deterrant for visitation?
If father remains in current home, could stepdad's arrest records be admitted?
Would stepdad's records be a deterrant for visitation?
Thanks
