What is the name of your state?Tx-

2 pieces of paper were given to me... 1- the affidavidt... the address was wrong but description of my house was correct. the 2nd paper was the search warrant... wrong address, wrong descrption of house, and wrong directions. The directions and description were totally off and showed me to live miles from where I actually do.
I told them of the wrong things on warrant but the officer said it was a typographical error... I could take it up with the judge.

My question is... was the search legal?
They seized other things not isted on the warrant they were searching for...

Can they use any evidence against me? Were the items seized wrongfully? Was this search legal? What rights do I have?
Please advise
Thanks
