What is the name of your state?Kentucky

I would like to know the consequences of this case. If an underage person (17yr)were to by purchasing alcohol online and having it shipped to the 17 year old's PO box which is in the UPS store(mailboxes etc). No alcohol was ever sent through the USPS online shipped UPS. What would be the consequences if the 17 yr old were to by caught? Can the UPS store ever check any packages? What would be the consequences of the website where the alcohol was purchased.

Also what are the charges for a MIP
