Chp Reported Wrong Info On Accident Report

The CHP who took the information at the scene of the accident I was involved in recorded the wrong information, is there any way of correcting this?

depends on what the incorrect information states. if your version of the accident was reported incorrectly you can go to your local CHP station and write out a supplement to the report and ask that it be attached to the original report.

Thank you, it wasn't just my info he recorded as wrong, he recorded the whole accident differently than it actually happened, did not record the witness' statement or make mention of the accident that had already happened leading to this accident.
