she called the police and i got these papers

Okay a bit of a history quickly. 8/18 wife and I got into a fight. I was drunk, really drunk, and when she went to go to bed with our daughter I got ticked because I wanted her to clean the house. So I kept going into the room and yelling at her, calling her names like fat and lazy, other choice words!! Well she got up to shut the door for the 4th time I spit on her, and she wiped it off so I spit again, total 4 times. At that point she grabbed the phone to call the police, and i did threaten her by saying if she called the police I would shot her brains out. So I left the house b/c the police were coming to look for me and I went to a friends house. I went to get some clothing on 8/19 and was served these papers:
"observe the following conditions of behavior: stay away from: wife, then named all children. the home of wife, all children, school of children, and wife's empolyment.Refrain for all communication of wife, all children. one entry for clothing with police escort, temporary custody of daughter with primary physical custody to mother and visitation to me is suspended. Observe such other conditions as are necessary to further the purposes of protection: the respondent(me) shall immediately submit to a substance abuse evaluation and follow all recommendations. until Sept 7 which is a court date.

Now she want to take my daughter and her 2 kids from previous marriage back to her home state. If I get a lawyer will she be able to do this, I know she can not afford a lawyer becasue I took all her money before I left the other night and she's a lazy "stay at home mom" so she has no income. so if I have a lawyer I'm good right. I was arrested at my job for harrassment and menicing and have a court date for that too.
I know you all hate to help me but dont' you think I need some sort of help?

Yes , you do and the Court Ordered you get get a Drug/alcohol Evaluation/test before the next Court Date and abide by the recommendations .

You could file for an Emergency Order Prohibiting her from leaving the State .

So you took ALL the Money because She's an Alleged " fat and Lazy " bitch ?

Did this Fat , lazy bitch as you called her , drink up or spend all the household money for drugs ? , without providing meals for the kids ?

Or does the Family receive Food Stamps for Food ?

Fill us in . I suppose that money for booze is more important that your kids being able to wipe there behinds , or take a bath with soap ?

I'm not in the mood to be sympathetic, neither will a Judge . I won't read your excuses either .

If you think you can wiggle your way out of this without abiding by Court Orders you are wrong .

No matter what is going on ANYWHERE , you have NO legal right to assault or harass anyone . The drunk excuse will NOT go anywhere , as YOU chose to pick up that drank , and if YOU know your behavior when you do , it's YOUR responsibility to NOT pick up that drank .

My advice , and I won't elaborate , Is to get that Evaluation , and at the minimum ( if your evaluator recommends it ) , is get enrolled in an out patient treatment .

The evaluator ( councilor ) will set a Plan to fallow .

Until you do so , don't look forward to visits unless supervised and you're sober .

Also, before you think you have something to fling at or spit at me , I've been through worse .

If you think the Kids are being neglected or abused , call the toll free Child abuse and neglect hotline . The proper way to do things .

Dude, you f**ked yourself big time. YOU THREATENED TO KILL YOUR WIFE!! Not to mention, you acted like this in front of the children!!

You bet she can take them anywhere she wants -- as long as the kids and her are away from you.

You NEED a lawyer. A lawyer *might* be able to mimimize the damage. Might.

Also, did I read this right: you have ANOTHER court date for harassment and menacing on top of the Sept 7th date?

If it's the mother , you do need help big time .

You would be really Lucky , if and when you got sober , If the Mother would want anything to do with you .

Get straight , fallow the Court Orders , and get visits restored with your kids , and change you attitude .

I answer threads as the way they're posted . I don't do searches .
If I remember a Poster's threads I reply to the thread accordingly , If I don't Just Like A Lawyer I move on to the Next one .

I'm joined as a member , to share my experiences and to give advice hoping it will help someone in need .

I've been told I'd make an excellent Counselor , But I don't like to Deal with People in general .

So, they can take my advice or leave it .

This OP as I stated seriously needs some Tough Love growing up , mature lessons in life ,.

I didn't search the OP, I just happen to remember the name, each thread they start is more outrageous than the next. There is no possible way this person can be for real...I don't remember every thread or poster that comes this way, but some things have a funny way of sticking with ya.

I'm with you on this one. I remember this guy too. Additionally, I remember that when he first posted to this sight his "wife" also started a thread around the same time. Some of us were duped into believing that the scenario was legit and encouraged her to leave this guy, but to delete her thread.

That's how I know this guy is a troll. I just wonder when he is going to start playing his wife again.

Yes I have a date for those on Thursday night. But I was told they would be dropped because it's all bs. They didn't arrest me that night I left the home I turned myself in b/c I knew they were looking for me. And judge let me go with NO bail!! That should say enough. As far as me not being real I dont know how to prove I am for real! I am sitting her looking at these papers from Honorable Gerard E. Maney. Now if I go to AA and counseling she may take me back. I don't know. But I don't want her to move. That's my biggest fear now. I do need to straighten up because she's got custody right now and I think she could leave now if she wanted. i'm a mess, crying and just sick because I can't loose my little girl. She's the only good thing I've ever done.

If you want any hope to have a relationship with that child, you need to pull your head out of your ass and start acting like a man. Quit drinking. Go to AA as you were ordered to. Go to Anger Management classes. And so on. It's time for you to grow up.

And I don't buy the remorse in the above post one bit.

So does these papers mean I have to enroll in something before Sept. 7th? I thought I'm suppossed to get "evaluated" I'm not sure what that means or how that works and how do I go about that?

Dude. You have a problem with alcohol. It doesn't matter whether you HAVE TO sign up before Sept 7. It would be wise to do so. Show the court that you recognize that you have an issue.
